1. Lair of the Spider Queen
This is a fun Halloween party game, or anytime game! The kids get really excited to play every Fall!
2. Halloween Egg Hunt
What a fun Halloween activity for children of all ages. We all have tons of those plastic Easter eggs – and for some reason we buy more each year. This year, decorate the plastic eggs with permanent markers and white-out to create the recognizable faces of Halloween’s favorite ghouls and goblins!
3. Halloween Ghost Game
Throw the miniature pumpkins through the mouth of the ghost! A perfect little game for people of all ages!
4. Autumn Tic-Tac-Toe
My favorite creation was our DIY Autumn: Tic Tac Toe Table. My sweeties are loving that we were able to create a kids game for them…it’s a perfect activity for my sweeties when I’m busy in the kitchen!
5. Witches Hat Toss
I used a colored foam board for the base. Then I cut out circles and the tops of the hats from black poster board (you could easily use black party hats for the tops). I traced a party hat I had to get the pattern. Then I glued on colored “buckles” and hot glued the hats onto the black circles. My neighbor had the rings from a game but you could also use pool diving rings to toss!
6. Spider Race Game
I love the fun memories this game has made, but it’s a competition and mom takes no prisoners! Of course, we are all practicing to beat the ultimate challenger…dad. I think this game would be an awesome addition to a Halloween Party!
7. Tin Can Bowling Game
We had Great fun making this set of ghoulish (or maybe just a little bit cute?!?! Tin Can characters!). I love this project, as it takes your old “tin can”, that you were going to throw away and you get to upcycle it into a fun tin can craft and game!
With just 5 minutes, a few dollars worth of supplies and a glue gun, you can make simple party games for children, and vary the theme to fit just about any preschool party or children’s birthday party. For Halloween, we’ve changed it up with candy pumpkins and cauldrons!
9. Spider Races
We came up with a fun and seasonal game for kids that is super simple to set up for a Halloween party! It also has the added benefits from being an oral sensory exercise. This Spider Race game resulted in tons of giggles, too!
